Instructions for the Applicant Packet

Please print the applicant packet for you to keep. It has information regarding how to fill the application, what needs to be included, and further information regarding the apartments.

Instructions for the Application Packet

Please print the application packet to fill out and return to the Eastgate Plaza office by mail or in person. Each person 18 years of age or older who are unmarried have to fill out separate applications.
 

 

NOTE: These items MUST be included:

- Three years of complete landlord history (full names, full addresses, and full numbers)

- Social Security Cards and Birth Certificates or Passports for everyone in the household

- Photo IDs of anyone 18 years of age or older

- Background screen release forms

- 214 Declaration of Citizenships for each person in the household                      - Ethnicity and Racia Data forms for each person in the household
